You'll be the main point of contact for our property owners: onboarding them cleanly, keeping them informed, and making sure they always know exactly what's going on.
Florida Vacation Collection has grown more than 200% in the past year. That kind of growth only works if every owner we bring on feels taken care of from day one. That's your job. Once an owner signs with us, you're their main point of contact. You own the onboarding, you keep the communication clear, and you make sure they never have to chase us for an answer.
This role is all about communication and reliability. Owners need to know their property is in good hands, which means fast responses, issues handled the moment they come up, and no one ever left wondering. If you're naturally good with people, respond fast, and know how to keep clients happy without being told what to do, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Own the onboarding experience for every new owner. Set expectations, define KPIs, and make it smooth from the start.
- Be the primary point of contact for property owners after they sign on with FVC.
- Run regular check-in calls to keep owners updated and address any concerns.
- Send performance updates: occupancy, revenue, guest feedback.
- Proactively flag issues to owners before they have to ask. Beat them to the problem.
- Answer owner questions quickly and accurately. Responsiveness is everything in this role.
- Coordinate with the ops and sales teams after every interaction so everyone stays aligned.
- When an owner is unhappy, you get on a call, listen, and fix it.
Who You Are
- You've worked in a client-facing role before. Client success, account management, customer success, hospitality, or property management. This is the core requirement.
- You're a strong communicator. You know how to talk to people, listen to what they actually need, and keep them informed without being asked.
- You take initiative. If you sense something is off, you address it before the client brings it up.
- You're organized and reliable. Follow-ups don't slip, calls don't get missed, updates go out on time.
- You're comfortable on the phone and on video calls. This is a relationship role, not an email-only role.
Compensation
- $60k-$70k base salary, based on experience.
- Performance bonus up to 23% of base: 15% performance-based plus 8% discretionary.
- On-target earnings around $80k. Example: $65k base plus full bonus, and that is before the IRA match or PTO value.
- Company-sponsored IRA with a 1% match.
- Potential for equity options after year one.
- 10 days PTO.
